I have been in the association management field since 1995. My experience ranges from data entry in the beginning of my association career to my current position in expo management and a wide variety of responsibilities in-between. I do not consider myself to be an expert but I have been "around the block" a time or two and believe that I am able to offer insight, guidance and suggestions from what I have experienced over the years. I am also very interested in gaining knowledge from my peers in the business. I am always on the lookout for ideas on how to increase ROI for all of IFMA's stakeholders: members, exhibitors, sponsors, partners...
