In January and February the MATSO Steering Committee developed a strategic business plan to focus the direction of the council in identifying and selecting the programs, products and services that are of value to IAEE’s MATSO members. Three elements of the plan include: a) Microsite (visit link below - some program elements still under development; b) Marketing Plan – The plan is finalized and ready for deployment; and c) Member Needs Assessment – The draft survey has been developed and is currently under review. It will be launched by month’s end.
